ITIL training last week – everyone passed their exams – 100%

We had a three days ITIL V3 foundation class last week.  Since the training was live online, we were not impacted by the snow storm and everyone passed the certification exams first try.

ITIL v3 Managing Across the Lifecycle Course

The 5-day ITIL® v3 Managing Across the Lifecycle Course by Solartech, is the final module of the Service Lifecycle and/or Service Capability Intermediate courses that leads to the ITIL Expert in IT Service Management recognition. This 5-day course immerses learners in the contents of the ITIL V3 publications; focusing on business, management and supervisory objectives, purpose, processes, functions and activities, and on the interfaces and interactions between the processes covered in the Service Lifecycle. The ITIL v3 Foundation Training is a 3 day instructor-led classroom course combining short lectures, practical group exercises, quizzes, a sample exam, and test taking tips to prepare the student to understand and apply ITIL V3 principles, and to pass the (optional) ITIL Foundation certification examination.
