This Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, Managing Projects and Programs training provides students with the skills and knowledge to use the Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 enterprise tool to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close enterprise programs and to customize the enterprise environment.

This Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, Managing Projects and Programs class is the third course in the Microsoft Office Project 2007 Official Curriculum series and addresses the Microsoft Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Solution.
 If you are a project manager, program manager, member of the project management office, or participant in the deployment of an EPM solution, who isresponsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting on projects and programs in the Microsoft Office EPM environment who has the following knowledge: ability to refine the Office EPM environment to create solutions to business problems. Have a solid understanding of key project management concepts and terminology as found in the Project Management Institute’s (PMI), A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide), Third Edition, and in PMI’s The Standard for Program Management is recommended. Additionally, substantial hands-on experience is recommended in Microsoft Office Project Professional 2007, Project Server 2007, and Project Web Access prior to attending the course; then this Microsoft Office Project Server 2007, Managing Projects and Programs class is for you.

This Microsoft Office Project 2007, Managing Projects class is the first course in the Microsoft Office Project 2007 Official Curriculum series and will serve as the entry point for other Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) courses covering Microsoft Office Project 2007 and the Microsoft EPM 2007 Solution.
 If you are an experienced or novice project manager and scheduler, involved in or responsible for scheduling, estimating, coordinating, controlling, budgeting, and staffing of projects and supporting other users of MS Office Project. A familiarity with key project management concepts and terminology is recommended as well as basic Windows navigation skills; then this Microsoft Office Project 2007, Managing Projects class is for you.

Microsoft Best of Project Conference
